💡 When you have a make-up session, you have to fill out the check-in form/sheet selecting the week that you’re making up for (the week of the missed lesson).

Example:
You miss the lesson of Week 3 for some reason. Later in week 4, you have the ordinary meeting for Week 4, then you have a make-up session for week 3. Here is how you should fill out the form/sheet:
- In Week 3, you fill out the form/sheet selecting Week 3, saying you did NOT have a meeting, and providing a reason for cancellation.
- After your ordinary Week 4 meeting, you fill out the form/sheet selecting Week 4, saying you had a meeting, and providing details about the session.
- After the make-up session, you fill out the form/sheet selecting Week 3 (the original week you’re making up for), saying you had a meeting, and providing details about the session.
